Over 300 Backpacks Supplied to Local Students

Local agencies and food banks have once again worked together to provide backpacks and school supplies for families in need.

Organizations throughout the County have generously donated to the Huron Backpacks for Kids program and we were able to provide over 300 backpacks. Recently volunteers gathered at the Huron County Food Bank Distribution Center to fill the backpacks with donated items.

The Food Banks of Huron County would like to thank all the hospitals, local businesses, and individuals who made donations and helped to send kids back to school with a backpack full of supplies!
