Public Health Seeking Information About Dog Biting Incident - Stratford
The Perth District Health Unit is looking for a dog involved in a biting incident in Stratford to complete an investigation. The incident took place on Wednesday, February 15, at about 3:20 pm, on Somerset St. near Waddell St. The dog is described as a golden lab. It was on a leash and being walked, along with another large dog, by a young male at the time of the incident.
The Health Unit is investigating this incident to check if the dog has up-to-date rabies shots. If the dog is not found, the person who was bitten may need to receive rabies shots.
