Big White Wall and BounceBack: Meeting the Demand in Ontario for Faster Access to Psychotherapy

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario and the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) are providing two new innovative self-help psychotherapy services that are being funded by the Ontario Government. Both services are available now and are free for adults and youth with mild to moderate depression and anxiety.

The services are:

Big White Wall - An online peer support and self-management tool for adults and youth 16+, coordinated by the Ontario Telemedicine Network

BounceBack - A one-on-one telephone coaching program for adults and youth 15+, managed by CMHA Ontario and CHHA York and South Simcoe
