Service Description: Mental health centre offering a full range of services for persons with a serious mental illness * resource library
 
Concurrent Disorder Support Services - Provides community support for those individuals who experience both a serious and persistent mental illness and a substance abuse issue
 
Court Support and Diversion Support - Provides support to clients with a mental disorder (serious mental illness, developmental disability and/or acquired brain injury) who have come into contact with the criminal justice system
 
Crisis Response - 24-hour service available to adults who are experiencing a sudden or unexpected event that places them in distress
 
Dual Diagnosis Support Services - Provides community support for persons with a serious and persistent mental illness and an intellectual disability
 
Mental Health - Awareness - Promotes increased awareness of mental health issues and works to decrease stigma attached to mental illness
 
Psychogeriatric Support Services - Provides community support to seniors are experiencing a serious mental illness
 
Rent Supplement Program - Provides clients a rent supplement to enable clients to obtain/maintain housing
 
Suicide Bereavement Mutual Support Group - Group is designed to promote mutual support and answer questions relating to suicide in general
 
Support and Treatment Team - Integrated, countywide, 24-hour mental health service plan system offered to adults with serious mental health concerns
 
Supportive Housing - Provides low support, permanent, independent living accommodation for individuals with a serious mental illness to prevent homelessness, reduce length of stay in hospital, offer alternatives to long term care facilities and enhance quality of life
 
Supportive Housing - Apartments - Subsidized units in private buildings are available for homeless persons or those at risk of becoming homeless, and seriously mentally ill persons
