Service Description:
|
Provides support to clients with a mental disorder (serious mental illness, developmental disability and/or acquired brain injury) who have come into contact with the criminal justice system
Offers a continuum of integrated and rehabilitative care as an option to incarceration and as agreed to by the Crown Attorney's office * provides case management, educational interventions, health promotion and prevention to consumers with mental health problems * may also provide safe and secure housing to enhance quality of life and prevent incarceration
