Multi-agency teams that provides access to core mental health services: information and referral, mental health counselling, intensive case management, housing and outreach support, social recreational activities and leisure access support services
Outreach Community Support - Support program for adults with serious mental illness living in the community * Supports people with:
- Daily living skill development
- Supportive counselling
- Linking with other formal and informal supports
- Advocacy
- Social/recreational enrichment
