Service Description: Short Term Residential program for individuals with a serious mental illness who need access to 24 hour supports with clinical interventions

Provides an opportunity for persons to move towards reintegration in the community through a 24 hour specialized program of psychosocial rehabilitation treatment and clinical support in a home-like environment * a short term program of 3 to 6 months
 
Maple Village Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) - Long Term/Permanent Residential program for individuals with a serious mental illness who may also have physical health concerns and who need access to 24 hour supports with clinical interventions for an extended period of time
 
Supportive Living Services - Short Term and Long Term/Permanent Residential programs for individuals with a serious mental illness who need access to onsite support * Homes are staffed from 7 hours a day during the week (low support) to 8-16 hours per day including the weekends plus overnight (moderate support)
Fees: Subsidized monthly rent
Application: Referral from a mental health professional required
