Service Description:

Health centre provides a wide range of health services to the community with a focus on disease prevention and health promotion * services provided by registered nurses and other allied health care providers
Community Health Nurse - Provides public health programs, including health education, vaccination and disease prevention services
Community Health Representative - Coordinates health services including blood pressure and blood sugar screening, foot care, workshops on healthy lifestyles, diabetes, smoking cessation and healthy choices for youth
Visiting Health Professionals - Visits made by dentist, doctor, psychologist, elders, healers and foot care specialist on a regular basis
