Service Description:

Non-emergency medical transportation
Medical transportation provided to eligible individuals to medical appointments, between medical facilities and to and from long term care homes in Grey and Bruce Counties, and to places outside the area * wheelchair accessible and non-accessible vehicles * may also provide volunteer drivers with their own vehicles * clients must be independent or bring an escort with them to provide assistance
