- Exercise programs for seniors that promote wellness focusing on cardio-vascular conditioning, muscle strengthening, balance and flexibility training

- Basic foot care is provided by certified foot care practitioners

- Brokerage services that helps seniors and people living with disabilities find assistance with day-to-day tasks including snow shoveling, lawn care, cleaning, general maintenance

- Hot or frozen meals delivered 5 days a week, at noon weekdays

Shopping Services
- Volunteers transport and offer assistance for people to shop locally and complete in-town errands * destinations include local groceries stores and downtown St Marys

- Volunteers call seniors who live in their own homes at scheduled times in order to check in with them and ensure that they are fine

Volunteer Visiting
- Volunteer visitors are matched one to one with seniors and adults with disabilities to provide companionship and support

- Educational seminars discussing health related education topics such as healthy eating, exercise, chronic disease prevention and overall health and wellness
