Service Description: Provides support to families through comprehensive community health, support and in-home services by nurses, personal support workers and volunteers
 
Familyhome Program - Residential program for adults who have a developmental disability * individuals are matched to families who provide support in a residential setting, enhancing their quality of life
 
Host Respite Program - Families provide overnight respite to people of all ages who have a developmental disability provided by a host family
 
Special Services at Home (SSAH) - Offers respite and support on an individualized basis for people for children 0 - 17 years of age who have a developmental and/or physical disability * respite services provide temporary relief to caregivers and facilitates the growth and development of those supported by program * support may be provided by support workers that are screened by VON and matched with families based upon their needs
