Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care funded Diabetes Education Program
Provides education regarding diabetes management including monitoring blood sugar levels, exercise, nutrition and medications including insulin
Patients are seen for individual assessments and education * group classes are held during the morning every month and evening sessions are held quarterly
