Adult Supportive Housing
- Supports people with significant physical disabilities in six counties in Southwestern Ontario * also provides for frail seniors in the City of London

Attendant Outreach
- Personal attendant services provided on a long-term scheduled basis between 6am and midnight, 7 days a week to persons in their own homes
