Provides respite care through a variety of programs
Coordinator helps caregivers identify respite needs and develop and implement an individualized respite plan * Respite Flex Fund is available to families who do not meet the eligibility criteria for other funding sources
One to One Respite Provider - Trained and screened respite providers who provide individualized care in the home or community
Out of Home Family or Individual - Trained and screened families and individuals who provide care in their home
Camps, Community Activities and other Respite Programs - Fun opportunities to develop skills in different settings * focus is on creating integrated options wherever possible
