Service Description:

Provides visiting and shift nursing in the community including homes, schools, work places, clinics and long-term care homes * services provided include health care teaching, wound management, ostomy management and teaching, continence nursing, foot care, laboratory services, palliative care, prenatal monitoring and teaching, maternal and newborn care, medication management, diabetes teaching, IV therapy, pain management, caregiver relief, care of medically fragile infants and ventilator management
