Service Description:

Provides and advocates for a full range of community-based services for people with intellectual disabilities including accommodation, employment, respite, community access, planning and family supports

Family Support Program - Advocacy, supportive counselling, emotional support and information about community services and supports for families living in London who have a child with an intellectual disability who is under 18 years of age

Community Access ServicesAccess Centres - Provides activities in the areas of leisure, recreation, volunteerism and life long learning Facilitating Youth Independence (FYI) - helps youth 18-22 years with an intellectual disability transition into community life after high school * community opportunities for leisure, practical learning and volunteering Teach and Play Toy Lending Library - For children and youth, 2-15 years Access Summer Leisure Program - Leisure activities for students (currently registered in a school), 4 to 21 years, who have multiple disabilities including an intellectual disability * contact Stephanie Sams, Leisure Connections Coordinator at stephanie.sams@cll.on.ca

Accommodations
- Offers accommodations at a variety of homes that are located throughout London with supports provided as required by trained staff

Employment Services
- Assists adults with a disability to achieve their employment goals

Respite Services
- Temporary relief is offered to caregivers by providing 24 hour care (e.g. personal care, activities of daily living, recreation and leisure, etc.) to dependants with an intellectual disability outside of the home by qualified, trained support staff
