Provides and advocates for a full range of community-based services for individuals with intellectual disabilities including accommodation, planning and family supports

Family Support Coordination - Provides support services and resources to adults and children and their families who have physical and developmental disabilities and/or are at risk of delay

Infant Development and Preschool Resource Programs - Provides home visiting, child care centre visiting, early intervention and prevention services for infants and young children at risk of or who have developmental disabilities * 865 10th St W, Owen Sound, N4K 6S1
Supported Independent Living - Visiting attendant care services for individuals 18 years and over with physical disabilities who are able to direct their own care * service operates 24 hours daily, office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
