Service Description: Provides counselling for individuals, couples, families, and groups as well as mediation/arbitration services

Individual Counselling (5-18 years) - Provides counselling for individuals, which includes anxiety/depression, mental illness, sexual/physical abuse, self esteem, adaptation to illness, grief/bereavement, separation/divorce, coping with stress, addictions, anorexia/bulimia * locations in St Thomas, Aylmer, Dutton

Relationship/Marital/Family (5-18+ years) - Provides relationship counselling including conflict management, conflict resolution, separation/divorce counselling, separation/divorce mediation, parent/teen mediation, grief/bereavement, effective parenting, life skills/lifestyle management * locations in St Thomas, Aylmer, Dutton

Educational Support and Critical Incident Stress Management (5-19 years) - Linked to needs of active clients * CISD intervention linked to affiliation with Employee Assistance Programs or Tragic Events Response Team at Thames Valley District School Board in Elgin

Youth Justice (12-17 years) - Mental health treatment, support and crisis intervention for youth * individual, relationship, family and group counselling as required
