Service Description: Agency provides health promotion services, and mental health assessment, counselling and treatment for children, youth and families at no cost

Counselling Programs - Individual and family counselling ages 0-17 * risk assessments for high-risk children and youth * WRAP (Working to Reinforce All Partners) joint project involving the Bluewater District and Catholic District School Boards * birth to senior kindergarten mental health program, which may include access to specialized day care support * specialized counselling for children and youth of Canadian Force members and Veterans * telepsychiatric and paediatric consultations

Residential Program – 7 bed residence * residential crisis assessment and stabilization services for youth 12 and over

Community Day Treatment - Programs delivered in partnership with the Bluewater District School Board

Coordinated Access For Children - Access to complex/special needs funding and access to residential treatment services outside Bruce and Grey Counties

Passport Program - Funds for individuals with a developmental disability who have left high school and are requiring supports

Respite Funding - For children who have an Autism Spectrum Disorder or who have mental health issues

Cradlelink Program - Registered nurses link expectant families or families with infants to trained volunteers who offer help and encouragement * volunteers help clients get to medical appointments, give them an opportunity to rest or meet other parents, help them and their child benefit from community programs and activities

Healthy Beginnings-Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program - Provides nutrition and breastfeeding support to new moms in need * group education and support to expecting and new parents

Parent Mutual Aid Program - Parent support group for families with children six years and under * children are looked after while parents get the support they need * parents meet with other parents, learn more about parenting, improve skills, get encouragement in making healthy life choices or changes and receive clothing, equipment and/or food assistance if they qualify * program locations:

    Tobacco Education and Cessation Programs
    - Healthy Choices offers tobacco cessation counselling to individuals and groups, as well as "lunch and learn" group sessions in workplaces * STARSS (Start Thinking about Reducing Second Hand Smoke) program offered to parents who may not be ready to quit smoking but are looking to reduce the impact of their smoking on others
