Service Description: Offers a range of service delivery options designed to meet the transportation needs of London residents with permanent disabilities

Note: Many of London's regular fixed-routes use wheelchair accessible buses and have equipment, including ramps and other devices, operated by specially trained drivers
 
Community Bus - A wheelchair accessible fixed-route transport service within London for people with special needs or the general public
 
Paratransit - Shared ride, door-to-door, wheelchair accessible public transportation service in London for those who are physically unable to use conventional transit 
Fees: Set fee - trip fares * no registration fee
Application: Medical referral required - registration required with a section of the form to be completed by a health care professional * each trip must be pre-booked
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Residents who have a permanent disability which prevents them from using regular transit services for some or all of their trip requirements
