Service Description:

Shared ride, door-to-door, wheelchair accessible public transportation service in London for those who are physically unable to use conventional transit
Uses a lift-equipped bus * all trips must be pre-registered * clients must meet eligilbility requirements
Subscription bookings are available for regular trips that start from the same origin to the same destination for work, post-secondary school or certain medical purposes for a minimum of four weeks

Set fee - London Transit fare * $2.75 cash far for Adults and Seniors

Medical referral required - registration required with a section of the form to be completed by a health care professional * each trip must be pre-booked

Individuals who have a permanent mobility disability and are unable to use regular public transit * registered special transportation users from other municipalities are eligible for the service
