Service Description: Postpartum depression support and information

Hotline and Website - Provides support and information about perinatal mood disorders, including postpartum depression, for new mothers and their families

Hotline service includes four options:
  • Multiple language support through telehealth
  • Direct contact with a professional
  • Connection to mental health crisis services for emergencies
  • General recorded information on perinatal mood disorders and weekly drop-in service

Weekly Drop-in Service - 519-434-6848 * provides emotional support for moms and their families * connect with professional facilitators, peer support and other moms who are having similar experiences * child minding provided
