ADHD Parent Workshop
Autism Spectrum Disorder Youth Transition Support Program (ASD) (12-15 years) - Provides in home and in school support for individuals with Autism or Aspergers through their transition from elementary to secondary school
Crisis/Urgent Services (0-18 years and their caregivers) - Intervenes in any situation that requires an immediate response because a child/youth is at risk of imminent harm to themselves or others due to behavioural, psychiatric or emotional issues * most services provided during regular office hours * after office hours crisis worker available to provide phone assessment and support
Early Years Program (0-6 years and their caregivers) - Provides in-home, in-school, and in-community intensive, intervention and treatment services to young children with mental health concerns and their families
Family In-Home solutions Service (FISS) (0-18 years) - Offers brief, intensive, in home intervention for families involved with protection services
Intensive Support (0-18 years and their caregivers) - Provides intensive in-home and in school support services to children with mental health problems and their families in their home, schools and communities * program offered in collaboration with the child/family counselling services or early years programs
K.I.D.S. Group (Kid’s Ideas About Divorce and Separation) - For children experiencing difficulties with their parents' divorce or separation
The Oxford Respite Network (0-18 years and their caregivers) - Provides families with an interval of rest and relief by helping them find formal or informal respite supports that will meet each family's needs
Parenting/Caregiver Groups - Offers group supports and workshops to caregivers and/or their children for a variety of concerns including assisting with parenting challenges, helping children struggling with anger/impulse control issues, helping children cope with divorce/separation, assisting teens to stop self-harm behaviour, providing ADHD information workshops to caregivers * group type and availability is dependent on volume of need and request
Pittock School (7-12 years) - Day treatment program * individualized educational and treatment alternative for children whose academic and emotional needs cannot be met in their regular school classroom or alternative programs within the education system * referral made through school system
SOS - Program offering strategies for overcoming self-harm
Youth Justice Program (12-17 years) - Provides support to youth on probation, who have conditional supervision or community supervision orders
