Service Description: Provides specialized inpatient and community-oriented mental health services through continuous care teams

Inpatient unit, day programs, follow-up treatment and rehabilitation services * psychological testing and a variety of group therapy programs
 
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) - Teams are available to meet the treatment, rehabilitation and support needs of individuals with lifelong mental illness (such as schizophrenia) in the community
Fees: Covered by OHIP

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18-65 years who fit the criteria of severe mental illness according to mental health reform and who also fit the mandate of needing longer term care according to the directives of the Health Services Restructuring Commission
