Offers primary care services and health
programs to members of the community * staff includes doctors, nurse
practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, physiotherapist,
registered dietitian, chiropodist, health promoter and community
developer * currently accepting new patients
Community based programs and services for patients and the community:
- Smoking cessation program providing individual support for people wanting to reduce or quit using tobacco
- Offers Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions - self-management workshops
- Support provided to help fill out government forms, call for appointment
- Rideshare Bulletin Board
- free phone and computer/internet access
