Sexual Health Clinic:  provides information about birth control options, free testing and counselling for pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV * doctor/nurse practitioner and Public Health Nurse on site during clinic hours * appointments preferred * open Tues 2pm-4pm (drop-in), 5pm-7pm (Doctor/nurse practitioner services available by appointment), Thurs 11am-2pm (drop-in) * for more information call 519-271-7600 ext 779 or toll free 1-877-271-7348 ext 779

Needle Exchange:  drop-in service that provides free needles, cookers, alcohol swabs, filters, tourniquets, Vitamin C and sterile water, sharps containers, condoms and lubricant, hepatitis A, B, C and HIV and harm reduction information * free disposal of used needles * Hours:  Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

Chronic Disease Prevention:  Information on healthy eating, physical activity, cancer prevention, workplace health, enforcement

Tobacco Cessation and Enforcement:   Support for those who wish to quit smoking including the Stop Smoking Clinic and enforcement of the Smoke-Free Ontario Act * Stop Smoking Clinic: free one-on-one counselling for smokers wanting to quit * call 519-271-7600 ext 704 or 1-877-271-7348 ext 704 for appointment
