Service Description: Mental health peer support program providing one to one peer support * Drop In Center features various group programming including:
  • Support groups related to diagnosis such as Mood Disorders, PPMD and Schizophrenia Support
  • Educational groups such as Anger Solutions, life skills like budgeting, self-care, photography
  • Wellness groups such as mindfulness, meditation
  • Psychosocial rehab – Life skills groups, budgeting assistance, grocery shopping program Social/Activity such as crafts, cards, book club
  • Outreach and education – with the hospital and other community agencies – community health
