Service Description: Peer support network for people coping with mental illness and their families

Leisure activities, arts/crafts, peer support, outings * bi-monthly newsletter * drop-in centre in Stratford * weekly programs in Listowel and Mitchell * youth/young adult program for ages 16-30 * employers of people who have/had a mental illness * weekly staff visits to inpatient mental health unit at Stratford General Hospital * member agency of the Huron Perth Addiction and Mental Health Alliance * member agency of the South West Alliance Network
 
Clubhouse/Drop-In Centre - Drop-in centre offering social, leisure and recreation activities, peer support, workshops and outings * for evening activities, workshops and special events, contact the office * see Phoenix Ashes for youth programs * can provide transportation for those living in Stratford
 
Phoenix Ashes - Youth program for ages 16-30 who have/had a mental illness, or have a family member who has a mental illness * activities include arts/crafts, video games, cooking classes, peer support and tools in developing coping skills
