Service Description: Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
 
Adult Day Away Program - Owen Sound - Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers by providing caregiver relief
 
Adult Day Away Program - Meaford - Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers by providing caregiver relief
 
Friendly Visiting and Telephone Reassurance - Regular volunteer visits or telephone calls to older adults and people with disabilities, who live alone
 
Housekeeping - Assistance with daily chores, such as laundry, light housekeeping, pet care, errands, shopping, and meal preparation
 
Meals on Wheels - Hot and frozen meals delivered  to older adults and adults with disabilities
 
MOVIN'GB - Non-emergency medical and social transportation to medical appointments, general appointments, banking, shopping and social activities 
 
Overnight Relief Program - Overnight relief for caregivers of older adults with responsive behaviours due to cognitive impairments, dementia, neurological disorders, and other health issues * substitute accommodations in which trained staff help with the activities of daily living
