Provides volunteer supported meal and transportation services to seniors and adults with disabilities
No services provided on:
- New Year's day
- Family day
- Good Friday
- Victoria day
- Canada day
- Civic holiday
- Labour day
- Thanksgiving day
- Boxing day
Special delivery on Christmas day

Frozen Meal Service
- Seven entree frozen meal packages are delivered once a week

Out for Lunch Bunch
- Volunteers pick-up 2-3 clients and escort them to lunch at a local restaurant to meet up with other clients and volunteers

Standard Meal Program
- Hot or chilled meals delivered around the noon hour Mon-Fri
|

Volunteer Transportation
- Volunteer drivers accompany seniors and adults with disabilities who are unable to use public transit and need assistance to medical appointments within London
