Service Description: Volunteer supported meal and transportation services to adults with disabilities and seniors within the City of London

Hot meals delivered daily Mon-Fri 11am-1:30pm * weekend meals delivered chilled on Fri * frozen meals delivered weekly on Thu * special diet types and texture modifications available

No services provided on:
  • New Year's Day
  • Family Day
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • Civic Holiday
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Boxing Day
Special delivery on Christmas Day
 
Daily Meal Program - Hot or chilled meals delivered between 11 and 1:30 Mon-Fri * weekend meals delivered fresh on Fridays
 
Frozen Meal Service - Packages of 7 frozen entrees available for delivery once per week
 
Out for Lunch Bunch - Volunteers pick-up clients and escort them to lunch at a local restaurant with other clients and volunteers * limited seating available
 
Volunteer Transportation - Non-emergency transportation to local essential appointments with doctors and healthcare professionals * volunteer drivers * wheelchairs cannot be accommodated * service available Mon-Fri only * must be able to get in and out of a vehicle on their own and left on their own

Fees: $7.75 per meal
Frozen meals: 7 meals for $39 * 7 soups for $15 * 7 desserts for $15 * transportation $18
Subsidies available for those who qualify
