Community Dining Program - Group dining at the Friendship Centre for St Marys and Area and community locations
 
Fitness Programs - Exercise programs for seniors that promote wellness focusing on cardio-vascular conditioning, muscle strengthening, balance and flexibility training
 
Foot Care Clinic - Basic foot care is provided by certified foot care practitioners
 
Home Help Referral Program - Brokerage services that helps seniors and people living with disabilities find assistance with day-to-day tasks including snow shoveling, lawn care, cleaning, general maintenance
 
Meals on Wheels - Hot or frozen meals delivered 5 days a week, at noon weekdays
 
Shopping Services - Volunteers transport and offer assistance for people to shop locally and complete in-town errands * destinations include local groceries stores and downtown St Marys
 
Telephone Reassurance - Volunteers call seniors who live in their own homes at scheduled times in order to check in with them and ensure that they are fine
 
Volunteer Visiting - Volunteer visitors are matched one to one with seniors and adults with disabilities to provide companionship and support
 
Wellness Programs - Educational seminars discussing health related education topics such as healthy eating, exercise, chronic disease prevention and overall health and wellness
