Service Description: Provides services that support individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and their caregivers

Resource Centre - Collection of information on Alzheimer's Disease, related disorders and the role of the caregiver
 
Adult Day Program - Offers therapeutic, recreational programming for people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias in a secure environment * 55-60 spaces daily
 
Adult Day Program - Overnight Respite - 5 overnight beds available in day program area on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
 
Family Support Services - Services include assessment, counselling, telephone consultation, information, referral and support groups * designed to assist caregivers in their role
Fees: Daily fee for day program and weekend respite program * no fee for family support services
Application: Day Program: apply through the South West Community Care Access Centre
Weekend Respite Program: advanced reservations are required
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults with memory impairments ( Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias) living in the community and their family caregivers
