Service Description: Support Groups and Programs - Support groups and programs for people with dementia, and their family members and friends

Education Programs and Resources - Dementia education, awareness programs, and resources for the general public and health care providers
Adult Day Program - Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people living with dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
Caregiver Support Services - Support for caregivers, including family and friends * available to everyone regardless of whether or not their family member utilizes the day program * services include advocacy, counselling, phone consultations, and information and referral * 8-week caregiver education series offered four times per year
Overnight Respite - Overnight relief for caregivers of adults with dementia * substitute accommodations in which community support workers and volunteers help with the activities of daily living
