Service Description: Health centre focused on individual, family and community health * health professionals assess and treat non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses * community development, health promotion and prevention services * referrals to other local and social health services * services aimed at people living with a low income, newcomers, individuals and families with chronic and complex illness

Community-led health teams develop programs to improve the social supports and conditions that affect long-term health

Mental Health Services - One-on-one, couple, family, and group counselling for registered clients * psychology and psychiatry services for primary health care clients registered with a doctor or nurse practitioner * mental health screening and assessments * short-term and long-term counselling * all services are confidential
 
People Experiencing or At Risk of Homelessness - Health, social services and daily programming for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness * nursing care * addictions assessments and referrals to treatment * harm reduction education and support * housing loss prevention * ID replacement * laundry and showers * social assistance applications and advocacy
 
Physiotherapy - Physiotherapy assessments, treatment, therapeutic and preventative exercises
 
Primary Care Services - Primary health care is provided for registered clients by an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, foot care providers, registered practical nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, and dietitians
 
Seniors Programs - Programs and services for adults aged 55 and older
 
Transgender Communities Health Services - Programs and services for people exploring their gender identity * one-to-one support * group sessions * general information and education for community organizations
