Service Description: Supports for people with developmental disabilities and/or complex physical needs * helps people live in their own homes, participate in community, and enjoy life with family and friends
 
Assisted Living - Community-based support and specialized programs for adults with physical and/or developmental disabilities, including those who are medically complex and Chronic Mechanical Ventilation Dependent
 
Day Respite and Adult Day Program - Centre-based day supports for adults with physical disabilities and complex medical needs * individually designed support and assistance provided in all areas, including activities of daily living, leisure and social activities, as well as community participation
 
Overnight Respite Services - Overnight respite services provided in a community-based setting with 24/7 specialized support * short-term stays of 4-7 days available on a scheduled basis * assistance provided with daily living, personal care, medical health and wellness and safety
 
Passport Program - Funding available to adults with disabilities and their families for community participation supports
 
Recreation and Leisure - Recreational and leisure activities for people with developmental and/or physical disabilities * examples include luncheons and dinner groups, movie groups, scrapbooking, decorative painting, arts clubs, day trips and seasonal events
 
Volunteer Program - Hands-on training to help people develop skills to increase their abilities * training offered within the community * examples include food preparation, shopping, employment and social skills, personal awareness training and personal hygiene
