Service Description:
|
Provides and advocates for a full range of community-based services for individuals with an intellectual disability including accommodation, employment, day program, respite care, planning and family supports
Residential Programs - Provides supported living arrangements to adults at various apartment buildings and home settings
Respite Programs- Associate Family Relief - Out of home (usually) respite for children under the age of 21 years that have a intellectual disability
- Elgin Respite Network - Respite funds and services may be available to families who are caring for a child at home based on the following criteria: family and child reside in Elgin County and the child is under the age of 18 * child has a diagnosis or professional assessment to indicate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), a social, emotional, behavioural or psychiatric need or a physical or developmental disability
- Respite program is for children who have been assessed as medically fragile through the Community Care Access Centre
Brydges Day Services - Adult day program * promotes growth through activities such as cooking, art, horticulture, crafts, education and computer skills
Brydges Packaging - Co-operative business specializing in packaging and assembly * provides opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities to learn work skills
Ontario Early Years Elgin-Middlesex-London - Services for families with children birth to six years and programs for young children with intellectual disabilities
