Provides rehabilitation services, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and specialized programs for cardiac rehabilitation and type 2 diabetes
Mobility Assessments for the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) - Assessment and assistance with determining an individual's eligibility for the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) * assessments also provided in clients' homes
Cardiac Rehabilitation - Supervised physical activity, health education and promotion of healthy lifestyle choices prescribed by the physician * for stable low-risk patients
Exercise Program for Type 2 Diabetics - program includes comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, development of an individualized exercise program, education and support * provides individuals with tools and techniques to use physical activity as a component of diabetic self-management * physician referral required only if submitting to a benefits plan
Massage Therapy - sessions relieve pain, promote healing, minimize scar tissue, relieve stress and promote relaxation * remedial exercise training to promote recovery and prevent re-injury
Hydrotherapy - Treatment by kinesiologist upon referral by a physiotherapist
