Service Description:

Transportation service shared by Community Support agencies in Huron and Perth Counties
Service is available for registered clients who are a senior or adult with a disability and are without access to transportation, where public transportation is not available * have physical or cognitive limitations, require specialized transit such as wheelchair access, do not have family and friends who are able to help
Transportation may be provided by volunteer drivers, wheelchair accessible agency vehicles vans, cars and taxis * advanced notice is required to book volunteer transportation * book rides 24 hours in advance * same day bookings may be accommodated when possible * door-to-door service
