Service Description: Information, referral and counselling to offenders, people at risk of offending and family members of both groups * assistance with record suspension (pardon) applications * work boots occasionally available * referrals and vouchers for clothing and household items * walk-in crisis assistance * one-on-one and family counselling referrals available

Community Education - Works with other community groups to educate and involve people in understanding social justice issues * information and workshops about the criminal justice system and its impact on society * provides speakers to schools, churches and community organizations on various topics
 
Boullee, Huron and Kipps Lane Project - Offers one-on-one counselling and groups for children, youth and families who reside in three subsidized housing projects
 
Children's Groups - Groups for teen girls and boys living in subsidized housing projects
 
Direct Accountability Program - Alternative to prosecution for eligible adults who have been charged with minor criminal offenses
 
Native Services Program - Delivers culturally relevant probation and parole for adult and youth Indigenous offenders
 
Women's Groups - Weekly support group for women who have a loved one involved in the criminal justice system
