Seniors centre * provides social and recreational activities for older adults
Exercise Programs - Tai chi, Bone strengthening exercise class, Nia (relaxing dance program)
Foot Care Clinic - Involves washing feet, cutting toe nails and making referrals for further treatment * second and fourth Wednesday of each month * set fee
Meal Program - Family-style three course meal * 12noon Tuesdays, pre-book by noon Monday * set fee, free transportation in Goderich
