Mobility Assessments - Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorized therapist provides rollator assessments and determines eligibility for funding * Thursday afternoons, by appointment * set fee includes assessment and completion of the form if the individual is eligible
Home Modifications - Sales, service and installation of stair lifts, porch lifts, ceiling track lifts, ramps, lift chairs and bathroom safety and mobility equipment
Vehicle Conversions - Installs wheelchair and scooter lifts
