Service Description:

Provides personal support caregivers at the client's location (e.g. home, retirement home, hospital, long-term care home) * provides end-of-life-care * provides in-home footcare * provides restorative care * caregivers are health care aids, personal support workers (PSWs) and retired registered practical nurses (RPNs) * will travel and are available to drive to appointments, grocery shopping and outings * medication reminders * meals * laundry * light housekeeping * available from two hours to 24 hours a day, seven days a week
