Service Description:

Provides private outpatient physiotherapy assessment, treatment, treatment modalities and exercise programs * access to St Thomas YMCA facilities including gym, pool, steam room, hot tub and sauna * treatment and custom exercise programs available for orthopaedic conditions including joint replacements, surgeries, arthritis, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, plantar faciitis, trochanteric bursitis, fractures, automobile accidents (MVA) and work related (WSIB) injuries, sports injuries, neck and back pain, sprains and strains and tendinitis * custom exercise programs for some neurological conditions including mild brain injury * offers Tai Chi for arthritis program * free treatment services and arthritis education classes in partnership with The Arthritis Society
