Service Description: Promotes the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual well-being of Native Peoples, specifically urban Native Peoples * culturally relevant programming and the promotion of urban native self governing institutions * family support
Aboriginal Alcohol and Drug Worker Program - Support to people with an alcohol, drug or solvent abuse problem, and their families
Aboriginal Community Justice Program - Provides a culture-based pre and post charge diversion program for non-violent Aboriginal adult and youth offenders before the London and St Thomas criminal courts
Aboriginal Healing and Wellness Program - One to one counselling, family counselling, crisis intervention and support, Healing Circles, wellness sessions, family violence workshops, physical activity program, resources coordination, to reduce the incidence of family violence
Family Support Program - Program to attend to the needs of parents in the community and their children * support and guidance for children's growth and stability * social interaction with other supportive parents and children * program is community and culturally-based
Life Long Care Program - Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * culturally appropriate services for Aboriginals
Prenatal-Postnatal Program - Supports pre and postnatal families with new born, holistic and culturally sensitive parenting advice
