Handles questions and complaints about any retirement residence in Ontario on such matters as:
Finding the right retirement residence
Referrals to community and government agencies
Concerns about the food served
Cleanliness of the building
Monitoring and delivery of medication
Security and safety concerns
Staff's attitude and behaviour toward residents
Advises owners/operators of retirement residences on operational issues and improving relationships with residents
