Service Description:
|
Provides occupational therapy services in a variety of settings including long term care facilities, retirement homes, assisted living residences, group homes and private residences, adult day programs, workplaces, hospitals and schools
Offers a range of services including:
- Safety assessments
- Functional assessments
- Seating assessments
- Mobility assessments
- Post operative rehabilitation and support
- Post illness rehabilitation and support
- Injuries prevention
- Facilitation of client access to funding for equipment
- Caregiver support
- Addressing issues of food access/security, finances, meal planning and food preparation
