Service Description:

In-home health care service providing nursing, therapy and homemaking services in the areas of rehabilitation, acute, chronic and palliative care
Total Nursing - Nursing medical services provided by Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses
Supportive and Attendant Care - Personal support, light housekeeping, homemaking, meal preparation, family support, companions and accompaniment to appointments
Foot Care - Foot care by nurses in the London and St Thomas area only
Therapy Services - Physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy (speech language pathology) for children and adults * assessments for Assistive Devices Program, mobility aids, wheelchairs and scooters * acupuncture provided as appropriate * stroke rehabilitation
