Service Description: Case management, occupational therapy, vocational rehabilitation and future care cost reporting for those who have been injured in motor-vehicle collisions, suffered injury on the job or who have disabling health conditions

Team includes nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, kinesiologists, counsellors, rehabilitation therapists, vocational rehabilitation specialists and certified life care planners
