Programs and Services:- Information and referral to seniors services and programs in Owen Sound and area
- Social and recreational programs - games day, drop-in, Georgian Bay Lacemakers, Porcelain Painting, Sew Be It, progressive pepper, exercise programs, computer tutoring, income tax for low income seniors, duplicate bridge, meditation group, bridge lessons, movie discussions
- Information Sessions and Lunch 'n Learn speakers on topics of interest to seniors
- Income Tax service for low income seniors
- Computer tutoring and seminars
- Wellness Programs - foot care and walking clinics
- 55 Alive Defensive Driving Courses
- Information on volunteer opportunities in the community
A minimum number of participants required for programs – please call to confirm interest * accepts students and community members to volunteer in administrative roles or in running programs and activities
