English/French as a Second Language (ESL/FSL) Training Programs - South West

ESL/FSL programs provide instruction in the English/French language for individuals whose first language is other than English or French. LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) are federally-funded classes for recent arrivals.
